    Bell's Brewery Inc. on Monday celebrated the opening of a $20-million expansion to its Comstock Township production facility that will make it an even bigger player in the craft beer world. Following a short ribbon-cutting ceremony, President Larry Bell, flanked by large brewing tanks, addressed a crowd from inside the massive 200-barrel brewhouse. To his right was a 15-gallon soup pot, used to start his business in 1983.
