Slightly on the sweet side this doppelbock has a light syrup to the mouthfeel. If you are a fan of rich craft beers that coat the mouth with abundant flavor and have a finish that goes on forever (and who doesn't?) you will love the Liberator Doppelbock. If you want something simple, try the Patersbier, the Koelsch, German Hefeweizen or the Belgian Wit. No grains, straight syrup/dry malt, few hop additions.
