The LTD Series Bottling Number 03 Lager from Full Sail Brewing Company in Hood River, Oregon pours out a pale yellow-gold in color with nice clarity and a white head that hangs on for a bit. On the nose aromas of biscuit, yeast and a little citrus. In the mouth this has flavors of lemon, grass with some sweet malt and a slight hop bite. Light side of medium bodied. Good carbonation. Some lacing. Clean mouthfeel. Nice flavors on a fairly long, dry finish. A very nice German Pilsener style beer that was refreshing. I'd definitely buy this again.
