The Au Naturale Organic Blonde Ale from Grand Teton Brewing Company in Victor, Idaho pours out a yellowish gold in color with a little cloud, active streams of bubbles and a one finger white head that hangs on for a while. Floral aromas on the nose with hints of honey and grains. Malty and grainy at first in the mouth followed by underlying citrus and spice with a slight hop bitterness. Light side of medium bodied. Some lacing. Good carbonation. Clean mouthfeel. Dry and tart on the finish. A decent Blonde Ale.
