The Sweetgrass IPA from Grand Teton Brewing Company in Victor, Idaho pours out a cloudy copper in color with a one finger, white head that has pretty good retention. Perfumed aromas of floral hops with some caramel sweetness on the nose. In the mouth good caramel sweetness balanced with citrusy and floral hops that give a measured bite. Medium bodied. Moderate carbonation. Nice lacing. A little bit of oil on a surprisingly clean mouth feel. The finish has some sweetness but the longer the flavors linger the more prominent the hop bite becomes. A very nice IPA. Not as bold, hop wise, as some but a very nice IPA.
