The 90 minute IPA from Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton, Delaware pours out a coppery amber in color with perfect clarity and a large, fluffy, white head. On the nose big pine and citrus hops with underlying caramel malt. In the mouth you first get a caramel sweetness that is immediately taken over by a pine and citrus hop bite. Lovely bold hoppiness. Medium bodied. Good carbonation. Sheets of lacing. Good oil to the mouthfeel. The finish is hoppy and spicy with good length. One of the best IPAs on the market.
